Design Documentation
Our detailed planning stage brings your design to life through comprehensive drawings, plans, and 3D models. We meticulously document every aspect, from layout and dimensions to materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. We finalize all interior selections, arrange supplier visits for samples, and prepare scaled documentation for tender and construction.
Construction
During this phase, we ensure a seamless and smooth process by project managing every aspect.
We coordinate the purchase of key items like fixtures, fittings, finishes, lighting, and flooring to align with subcontractor schedules. We also visit suppliers to collect products or samples on your behalf.
We conduct regular site visits to monitor design intent, track progress, and address any issues promptly. Throughout it all, we maintain regular communication with you, ensuring all goals are achieved and keeping you informed every step of the way.

We develop a cohesive design concept and furniture package for your entire home, integrating existing pieces. We'll select and order all furniture and accessories, either with you or on your behalf.
Once construction finishes and items arrive, we manage the installation, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed.
